A second Pair

The felted mittens seemed so wooly and warm I did a quick second pair for my grandson. It has been extra warm here but the weatherman is saying snow in a few days. I am also working on sparkly socks for my granddaughter. She loves things that flash and shimmer. Been keeping busy and thinking that there is probably another rescue dog out there what would not mind being spoiled and hugged. My kids keep telling me I am better off if I have something around to spoil.

I have to agree with them smart kids of yours - you are happier when you can spoil something - a.k.a four-legged friend:) I wish someone made me treats 1/2 as good!

I am sure your kids are right. There are so many pets out there who would love a new warm home and to be spoiled by someone. There will be a new friend for you!

Gee woman, you knit fast! I agree, you should rescue another "baby". I am sure you are the best mom a shar could have. Check it out maybe you could find and save one by Christmas! Your mittens are too cute. I may have to whip up a pair. WHat did you use for yarn?

What throws me off about felting gloves and slippers is how to get them sized properly.
